What ENF production do we follow?

The Bad Place

Everyone believes in some sort of justice, of some natural karma and enf is unafraid to play into that. Who has not enjoyed the great villains having their plans foiled by noble heroes and on ENF-TV, this includes left naked and exposed, their wicked schemes leaving them red faced and squirming in public and often on the news. Be it fairy tales of old like Tremame and her daughters naked at the ball or the evil queen's true state of beauty becoming known or new tales like supervillains Wanda inadvertently creating her own televised exposure or Galavant’s Madalena’s dragon trouble.

There is a place true evil-doers have gone, a place that has had several names but we call it the Bad Place. Ruled by the Princess of Lies whose form can shift and change but usually prefers to be seen as one of two very different blonds (Gwendoline Christie and Kiernan Shipka) as she rules over demons and other denizens of the bad place in their duty of punishing the wicked. She has help from not always loyal demons, the egotistical Viki (Tiya Sircar) and Bonnie (Sunita Mani) who loves to play with people’s pasts.

While people often have certain images of the bad place, no demonic overlord could last eons without more subtle punishments, ones more personal to the condemned with techniques picked up from earth. Embarrassment, let the wicked squirm in blushing mortification as they are left exposed in their worst possible enf and seemingly never ending nightmares, tailored to the individual and their lives or ambitions that go horribly wrong.

The Bad Place is a world controlled not by reality but by demons who can shape everything. The punished always have the worst luck, the clothing accidents, forgetting someone was coming, the way a crowd can suddenly appear at the worst possible. The way nothing quite feels right, the way the law can suddenly go against them, that they chose mortifying underwear, that the people they meet always seem to make it just that bit worse. It allows ENF TV writers to take their characters out of their usual realm to one where their dreams and ambitions had not been realized to a more drudgery existence… bar the clothing mishaps or to twist the usual adventures into a villain-led enf central adventure.

Not every bad person is extraordinary, saleswoman Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell) may find her lies and small crimes suddenly have a lot more consequences for the blond lady, her lies catching up with her in an ending loop of humiliation. The wealthy Tahani Al-Jamil (Jameela Jamil) insecurities may be rather more exposed to public attention then even she wants when she keeps losing her clothes and even in such circumstances, compared unfavourably to her more favoured star of a sister

The coven witch Madison Montgomery ended up in hell, her time as a shop assistant would see mortifying undies exposed and fall apart, her little secrets being seen and commented on by large crowds of fans. A young Cruella (Emma Stone)’s fashion career takes a very different turn in the Bad Place, her time as assistant seeing her mortified by her boss and her attempts at **** making her birthday suit the talk of the town. The technopath and adult supervillian Royal Pain (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) finding a third spell in education with very special rules to ensure this time she would be no trouble.

Of course, though the ENF-TV writers love enf karma, sometimes there might be a goodie who just slips through the afterlife admin net and end up on the show, subject to the reality bending whims of the Princess of Lies until such a time as she goes to the Good Place in a state of undress. It would also be wrong for the demons to not receive some of their own medicine so sometimes, via mishap or infighting, one of the devilish host gets to experience the hot flames of embarrassment in their cheeks until they can figure a way out of their own trap.
