Aaron Gordon deserved a million points for his dunks with the Magic’s hoverboarding mascot

The 2016 NBA Dunk Contest was amazing and incredible and unbelievable and nothing else could describe it aside from five hundred million fire emojis.

Aaron Gordon and Zach LaVine resuscitated the Dunk Contest by themselves. Gordon didn't win, but he had the more creative dunk performances because he brought his team's mascot with him and he put that mascot on a hoverboard.

After the contest, he was asked by reporters about how integral the mascot, Stuff the Magic Dragon, was in his dunks. Gordon replied:

"Right, when he was spinning around, it took a little bit. Me and him are now like best friends, me and Stuff."

Best friends forever -- Gordon and Stuff. Here are the jams:

He dunked OVER that mascot on a hoverboard AND he dunked between his legs. Gordon is about 6-foot-10 so he probably knew that he'd have to really impress. Usually taller guys are at a disadvantage because ... well, because they're tall. Gordon made up for his height by leaping into the air and never landing.

He used the Magic's mascot again on a hoverboard for his next one. And this time, the mascot was rotating in circles and Gordon had to time his leap and he cupped the ball and it was all incredible -- you gotta see it to believe it.

But -- oh no -- it's not over. He used the mascot ONCE MORE for this lounging dunk -- behind both legs, head at the rim.

Those three are a whole lot to process. Remember to breathe.
